Background
Cooper is a full-service construction equipment rental company servicing customers across Canada. SeaFort invested in 2013. At the time of investment, Cooper had three locations in the Greater Toronto Area. Since investing, Cooper has grown to become the largest independent, Canadian-owned construction equipment rental business with 60+ locations across Canada.

SeaFort has supported Cooper’s growth by helping Cooper add over $100 million in revenue through acquisitions, 70% of which was from deals sourced by SeaFort, supporting the execution of 11 add-on deals, and supported the company by implementing a new lending facility which reduced borrowing costs and provided the management team with greater operational flexibility.
